I have spent over 10 years preparing people and programs for the future by creating and implementing innovative learning systems solutions and fostering a culture of continuous learning.

What would we do without our mentors? I was fortunate to have phenomenal coaches while serving in high pressure roles and as a result offer coaching for organizational leaders.

LIFE PLANNING

Life is changing rapidly and the world of college and career preparation is shifting. Gathering all the insight from my years of service as an educator and school leader, I lead workshops for families to equip students with the tools they need to design their path in life.

With the purpose of designing environments that create a climate of possibility for all people I focused my dissertation on unearthing what such a culture looks like, sounds like, and feels like. The key was listening to the voices of students who had first-hand experience in the transformation of their school from a place that bread violence into a space where they were able to prepare for their future.

The outcome was the development of systems and traditions that indicate HOW to cultivate these domains, whether it be a school or workplace.
