My Name is Armine
I believe that cultivating teams is the key to transforming workplace culture and translating vision into praxis, essentially designing environments where individuals create and thrive. I have spent over 10 years preparing people and programs for the future by creating and implementing innovative learning systems solutions and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
As organizations face challenges in change management, I support them by cultivating high-performing teams who are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and habits of mind to bring the shared vision to life.
Opportunities to Collaborate
WELCOME
With the purpose of designing environments that create a climate of possibility for all people I focused my dissertation on unearthing what such a culture looks like, sounds like, and feels like. The key was listening to the voices of students who had first-hand experience in the transformation of their school from a place that bread violence into a space where they were able to prepare for their future.
The outcome was the development of systems and traditions that indicate HOW to cultivate these domains, whether it be a school or workplace.
CULTIVATING CLIMATES OF POSSIBILITY
VOICES
This blog is focused on deepening the conversations about education, learning, leadership, and social science. I will be sharing insights about the future of learning, working, life, and projecting the voices of unheard stories.
The inspiration derives from the desire to reimagine environments and make work a place people enjoy "showing-up" to.
